The Federal Republic of Nigeria, actually started this initiative innovation called YouWin to help bring up young entrepreneurs. YouWiN stands for Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria. It is an innovative business plan competition aimed at job creation, making sure it allows and supports young entrepreneurial youth in Nigeria to grow in business ideas and also helps them to bring it out fully.
There are steps you will need to know as a Nigerian youth before you can enroll or register for the YouWin 2016 0nline Registration but before then, you have to note that the third edition, YouWiN! 3 involves both male and female Nigerian entrepreneurs, there was just this information recently that has to do with 1500 awardees.
There is every possibility that with the upcoming launch of YouWiN! 4, the Nigerian President will lead the fulfillment of supporting over 3,600 Nigerian youths financially to help them live their dreams by becoming entrepreneurs they so crave for, through the help of YouWin programme, and information reaching us is that the YouWin 2016 0nline Registration is open to male and female entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 – 45 years.

The YouWin 2016 0nline Registration is not for every body, so dont be in a hurry to fill this form, there are some requirements you need to meet up to enable you qualify to participate in the YouWin 2016 0nline Registration on www.youwin.org.ng which are
- Be a Nigerian Citizen aged between 18 – 45 Years
- Have a post Secondary Education
- Have a proposed Business Idea that will operate in Nigeria and employ Nigerians. Please these must be backed up with well articulated Business plan and Feasibility studies.

STEP 3 – COMPLETE NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION
Once you have successfully registered you need to Log in and click the New Business Application button on the right hand-side. You can save your application form as you go along, and come back to it at any time. Once you are happy with your application use the Submit button on the form to send it to us. You can submit only ONE application.
STEP 4 – KEEP INFORMED
You will be notified if you have been selected for the next stage of the competition after the closing date.
Those eligible to apply?
The following criteria must be met for you to stand a chance to compete for the Business Plan Competition
- You must be a proven citizen of Nigeria no older than 45 years (proof of identity: International passport/Drivers License/National ID/Voters card required)
- You must have a post-secondary school qualification
- Your proposed business venture must be within the national borders of Nigeria, and with the intention of employing Nigerian citizens.
- Your proposed venture must not entail the production or distribution of weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco or/and gambling, or any activities in contradiction with the Nigerian constitution
- You must prepare an innovative business concept summary.
